Is a fedora community have website for developers like ubuntu application developer?

yes i know wiki pages but i mean any youtube channel for examples ubuntu's developer channel on youtube or like ubuntu's this website http://developer.ubuntu.com/ or like this any alternatives. Thanks!

Not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific about what you want to develop?

The join-fedora page has most of the info on how one can contribute to fedora.
