yes i know wiki pages but i mean any youtube channel for examples ubuntu's developer channel on youtube or like ubuntu's this website or like this any alternatives. Thanks!

Not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific about what you want to develop?

The join-fedora page has most of the info on how one can contribute to fedora.
