How do I make Fedora not blank screen during browser video playback?

I think this problem is with Flash videos, as this hasn't happened yet with youtube.

I have an Asus laptop with Fedora 23 (64bit). I have installed Google Chrome, Adobe Flash Player, and a few Gnome tweaks.

For now my temporary solution is:

All Settings/Power/Power Saving Dim screen when active = OFF Blank screen = Never

The only problem with this, other then power problems when unplugged, is security issues; as lock screen will never come on when inactive.
