In the command line, what is the output of rpm -qa | grep -i wine? Try removing it using yum

Hi, where did you get the wine package, on which repo? How did you remove it?

Is there wine in

/usr/share/applications/

have you installed/removed it using yum? Check if it is still present on the system by running the command from mether.
