I'm getting an alert that the httpd attempted to access getattr on the plugin directory and in details

Plugin restorecon (85.9 confidence) suggests ********

If you want to fix the label. /var/www/html/j1.5/tmp/vinaoravisitorscounter2.0 default label should be httpdsyscontentt. Then you can run restorecon. Do

/sbin/restorecon -v /var/www/html/j1.5/tmp/vinaoravisitorscounter_2.0

so should I use the above fix ?

You probably should. You did not provide enough information for us to determine what is going on though.

The raw audit message has all the information needed to analyse the event. The AVC denial can be found in /var/log/audit/audit.log

I suspect that you "mv'd" the plugin "vinaoravisitorscounter_2.0" to "/var/www/html/j1.5/tmp/" from another location or maybe something else did on your behalf.

Again it is hard to tell without seeying the raw audit message.
