Pictures folder does not have its icon

Running Fedora23 Gnome.

I accidentally deleted 'Pictures' folder -- it was a new installation and an empty folder and then restarted the computer.

Now when I create a new 'Pictures' folder in ~, it does not have that distinct icon like Download, ,Music, etc. folders.

In Files, it does not show in the left side bar.

What is wrong? How do I set it right?

~/.config/user-dirs.dirs is the file you want to edit.

Go to that file, look up the line you want to edit and you are done.

Got this from here.
