The python3-dbus package can be found at link text but looking at the index of link text) that source RPM, as well as a host of other "python3-" SRPMs, is not found.

The modern command :)

dnf download --source python3-dbus

It will download dbus-python-1.2.0-12.fc23.src.rpm

The srpm is called dbus-python

$ yumdownloader --source --urls python3-dbus

Yum-utils package has been deprecated, use dnf instead.
See 'man yum2dnf' for more information.
