Is there any video converter for fedora 22 to download?!

Have you tried ffmpeg? sudo dnf install ffmpeg

Here has some recommendations about the free video convert for fedora. You can read the review about these video converter and select a proper one from the list. If you have the windows or Mac, I would like to recommend a more professional video converter to you.

There are many. A simple one is WinFF

As root user

dnf install https://sourceforge.net/projects/postinstaller/files/fedora/releases/22/x86_64/winff-1.5.3-1.fc22.x86_64.rpm
