F19: Where are the /dev/dvd entries?

I am running F19 beta, but I don't see the symlinks I'm expecting in /dev: There's a /dev/cdrom, but no /dev/dvd, /dev/dvdrw, etc. The real device nodes (/dev/sr0 and /dev/sr1) are there. Commands will work on the real device nodes, but having the symlinks is kind of handy. Is udev/systemd just not creating those links anymore?

Note: I also don't have a 70-persistent-cd.rules in /etc/udev/rules.d.
