I’ve just tried to run sudo dnf update -y on my Fedora 34 i3wm system. I’m getting the following error:

In Fedora 34, xorg-x11-server-utils package is removed and individual utilities within it are packaged separately. I think that it should require xrandr instead of xorg-x11-server-utils, can you open a bug report against azote in Bugzilla?
