Booting in Fedora 34

Hello! I am a new Fedora 34 user from Linux Mint.

I notice when I boot my computer, I am presented with a menu to select a Fedora option to boot. Is this normal? I’m used to the computer just booting on it’s own. I usually just pick the first one listed.

Also, in looking at fdisk, I have 2 filesystem partitions. I would have expected only one. Should I remove a partition? How do I know which one to remove?

Thank you for any assistance!

Here is my fdisk image

Yes, it is normal.

That grub menu usually have a timeout of 5 seconds.

And by default, when the selected boot entry is booting OK, Fedora will hide the menu and directly boot with the default options.
