I just posted this in one of my old topic threads before I found your post. My Wacom tablet (after a recent 34 update) is having the same problem with 2 cursors and the tablet drawing cursor (a large + sign) being ultra slow. We could both be having the same issue. Here’s my other post:
In June 2020, I mentioned that an update to Fedora 31 fixed my issue of Wacom tablet not working as a mouse. Everything with my Wacom tablet has been working very well for me until a very recent update to Fedora 34. Now it’s back to doing what it did before. Here’s the description of the previous problem that has reappeared :
“… my Wacom tablet worked wonderfully as my mouse. I use the pen with the tablet as a mouse because of carpel tunnel issues.
… the tablet only works as a drawing graphics tablet which no longer works as a mouse (very slow movement, cross instead of mouse pointer, etc.) This may be great for artist, but not for those of us that need the mouse emulation.”
I would love to get my Wacom to work as a mouse again. It’s totally useless for me as a drawing pin and extremely slow on a 4K monitor. If people need to have drawing capabilities, maybe it would be best to have a switch in the Wacom software that switches between mouse mode and drawing mode. This might take care of most people’s need for using the Wacom tablet.
Please get the Wacom tablet to work as a mouse again.
Thank you for any answers I get.
