You must sign the CLA to vote HOW WHere?

I think the voting requirements are CLA+1, though (@hhlp, @alciregi: i cant seem to find the page where this is mentioned, would you know?) . That means you have to have signed the CLA and been approved in another FAS group. This ensures that only FAS accounts that have had some manual verification have access to voting (and other community resources such as the wiki, fedorapeople and so on). Otherwise we get overrun by spam.

To vote for the Fedora Council you must have cla_done in FAS.

To vote for FESCo you must have cla_done + one other "non-cla" group in FAS.

To vote for Mindshare you must have a cla_done in FAS.
