Fedora 32/33/34 with gnome Graphic error in amd

Hello how are you ?.

I am currently using version 34 of fedora, but this graphical error is prevalent since version 32.

The graphics are a complete mess, the windows look very bad if they are not maximized, the drop-down menus appear and disappear as I move the cursor, it is very difficult to use the system with these problems.

With intel this does not happen it only happens in amd.

I attach a picture of how things look:

I need your help to fix this or to create a bug report. regards!.
