Fedora 33 Audacity VLC Media Player

I just updated my Fedora to Fedora 33 (Intel processor) and now when I click on Audacity and VLC Media Player nothing happens. I tried re-installing Audacity with SNAP, but it says Audacity and Snap are already installed. Can someone please help me.

If you’re running workstation have you tried switching your session to Gnome on Xorg?

It can be changed on the login screen by clicking on the cog at the bottom right of the screen.

Thanks

They just work here on upgraded KDE spin. try starting therm from terminal, maybe output there will direct you towards the problem.

That did the trick. Thank you!
