Fedora 34 boots slowly

Fedora 34 is a great OS, but my main problem with it is that it boots slowly. It takes an average of a minute and 20 seconds to boot up (I measured the boot time with a stopwatch). I dual boot Fedora and Windows, and Windows only takes 5-10 seconds to boot up. Are there any ways to make Fedora boot faster?

Install Fedora on SSD if possible.

Also make sure to install this update and regenerate initramfs:

sudo dracut -f --regenerate-all

There have been a large number of threads about making Fedora boot faster; a search on the terms slow boot should get you ample information on how to deal with this issue.
