Fedora 35 KDE Spin failing to start install iso

,

The Details

When trying to launch Fedora 35 KDE Spin off of a USB Stick on my hardware, I get varying results. Sometimes Plasma will attempt to start, but I’m stuck on the black screen with the spinning white circle, but it froze. Or I get to the desktop but my mouse doesn’t move.

I am able, however, to use Fedora 35 GNOME just fine. I just don’t want to use GNOME because of the title bar being on the wrong monitor and me unable to change it to the what I consider primary monitor.

I am currently running Fedora 34 KDE Spin, but because of this, I am hesitant to upgrade to 35. I also wanted to use Fedora 35 KDE because I had made changes to get some newer versions but didn’t want to mess with uninstalling those and installing the new versions through dnf.

Has anyone else noticed this? I first noticed this when trying to use Ventoy to launch it, but then used the Fedora Media Writer to put it on the USB Stick with nothing else on there.
