Fedora can't connect to SSID

Hello everyone,

After several years on windows, I decided to go back to linux, and I choose fedora.

My migration went well and would be complete, except a little wifi problem with my desktop. I use a wifi usb dongle (TP-Link TL-WN822N) to access the internet. I can see the different SSIDs, so I choose mine, security (WPA2), and enter the password, but he can’t reach it. I have the following message:

Connection Failure
Network connection activation failed

I did the same thing on my laptop and it work well. “Funny” thing, when I go back to windows the wifi is no longer recognized, and I have to unplug, plug the dongle to have network back again. So I said to myself that it must come from the box, but I do not have the possibility to access the logs, if it has.

Has anyone encountered the same difficulty, and / or knows the solution to my problem?

The lsusb command returns the following information to me:
