Did your installation ever boot successful?

Yes, I installed Fedora well

When did the problem start?

directly after installing Fedora.
After a reboot, this problem appears, the device turns off immediately

Did you install updates, or not?
Try to boot with another kernel version.

If this system has never booted (and updated itself), there is only one kernel in grub menu available, right?

This is what appears when I try to edit the boot menu
How many kernels are available?
I do not know . But how do I know how many kernels are available

I’ll try to do this, and thank you very much.

What you are showing are the boot instructions for one specific kernel. What was of interest is the menu (before you pressed ‘e’ to edit the command), like https://javierm.fedorapeople.org/grub2/menu/fedora_menu.png

Anyway, reinstall, F32.
