Fedora Workstation 31 issue - keeps booting to Rescue mode

Newly installed Fedora 31 Workstation OS on my Lenovo laptop, along side Ubuntu (dual-booting). However, my Fedora OS is booting to “Rescue” Mode and I don’t know how to get the dealt set to the normal boot. Here is the CLI output from efibootmgr:
[crimKidA@fedora31 ~]$ efibootmgr
BootCurrent: 0000
Timeout: 0 seconds
BootOrder: 0000,0003,2003,0004,2001,2002
Boot0000* Fedora
Boot0001* EFI Network 0 for IPv4 (08-9E-01-F6-1B-FB)
Boot0002* EFI Network 0 for IPv6 (08-9E-01-F6-1B-FB)
Boot0003* ubuntu
Boot0004* Fedora
Boot2001* EFI USB Device
Boot2002* EFI DVD/CDROM
Boot2003* EFI Network

Here is what I see in the Grub Customizer app, but I don’t know how to fix it (I don’t see a Fedora entry):

Never mind, figured it out. I had altered /etc/default/grub to use “3”
I set it to 0 then ran sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg and the laptop is booting normally now.
