Firefox - pages take too long or timeout

On a fresh Fedora 33 installation, firefox takes too long to load any webpage or timeout most of the time. I’m using an ethernet connection. Only Firefox seems to be having this issue, as Chromium-freeworld works fine and Linux terminal commands too are able to use the internet.

[ruthra@localhost ~]$ ping google.co.in
PING google.co.in (172.217.167.163) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from bom12s01-in-f3.1e100.net (172.217.167.163): icmp_seq=1 ttl=120 time=38.3 ms
64 bytes from bom12s01-in-f3.1e100.net (172.217.167.163): icmp_seq=2 ttl=120 time=42.3 ms

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try this method:

Made the changes from above post and it seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks for the quick reply.
