First freeze in 5 months after pc wakeup

Not sure how to debug.
Here is journalctl --since “30 minutes ago”
No idea what cgroupify is, but it appears to be related to uresourced, and it has indeed been installed on my system as “uresourced-0.4.0-1.fc34.x86_64” since Fri 23 Apr 2021 05:56:31 AM CDT. This leads me to believe uresourced is not the problem. That leaves “Error moving pid 6598 into new cgroup (17)” and Googling leads me to believe I can not find the owner of the process, and will not be able to find the process that had caused the canary thread to starve. Not only that I get almost no Google results for “Error moving pid” “into new cgroup”, so I have no clue how to figure out the problem. “systemd-resolved[818]: Clock change detected. Flushing caches” does not seem to be the issue, but is it possible that went rouge? It seems Fedora restarted successfully after that and eventually the same process started the freeze. How do I go about fixing this? I do not want to lose work.
I am now running atop in case this happens again to find out which process is the issue.
