@ic4ic3 I’m willing to take this at face value and try to help you again, but last time this came up… you weren’t very receptive to the things people were asking in order to help you.

The first thing we need to establish is what exactly happened. Can you provide more details? What is your evidence that you were “hacked”? Are you being asked to pay a ransom? Where the screenshots posted somewhere? What exactly is going on?

Particularly: are you getting email which claims that sensitive information was “hacked”? If so: those messages are a scam. They do not actually indicate that your system was hacked.
