Hardlocks on HP x360 AMD running F32

I’m getting hardlockups (caps log, ctrl-alt-del, sysresq, etc not working) while running Fedora 32 on HP x360 15m-bq121dx with a AMD Ryzen™ 5 2500U APU. I thought that I had saved the logs, but it looks like I only have some pretty weak outputs from Gnome Logs. What’s really weird is that Gnome ABRT is crashing:

ABRT has detected an uncaught ModuleNotFoundError exception in gnome-abrt

I thought I had saved journlctl logs from the last crashes, but it looks like I just have some lame exports from Gnome log viewer :frowning:
