How to acces to a physical dvd drive from a vm?

Hi! I’m trying to acces to a cd from a virtual machine, but i can’t set gnome-boxes to get the cd running.
In gnome-boxes, i get a message about installing spice-utils, but after installing them nothing changes, apparently.
Any help/tip, please?

This doesn’t look like a properly installed VM configuration.
Although I use GNOME Boxes, it is still quite unstable compared to virt-manager, especially the installation process.
I suggest to utilize virt-manager at least for VM installation:

sudo dnf install virt-manager virt-viewer
virt-manager -c qemu:///session

Thanks. I’m using it now. I’m still looking how to set up and allow the acces to the CD-DVD from VM. Is there any step by step guide you could recommend?

You should wrap the output as code to prevent auto-formatting or use Fedora pastebin.

It seems they dropped IDE support.
Specify the ISO file and test both SCSI and SATA.
If that doesn’t work, try to manually install those drivers:
