I am currently using a web based product call vital source bookshelf witch uses the systems default speech-dispatcher via the web browser to help read books and for some reason everything is being read in dutch.
i am unable to find any guides in the forum for text to speech.
does anybody know how to change the default text to speech language in fedora?
