I can't play a video.mkv file with gnome videos

i cam play that with vlc or mpv but in gnome videos it says ‘DTS decoder is required to play this file’
is there any solution.

Try it with celluloid, I had the same problem with a commercial DVD.With celluloid it works. Hope it helps.

Install rpmfusion repos after that install ffmpeg & ffmpeg-libs ’ and try videos (totem)

Check with software witch codecs you have installed (i sending list all codecs i have installed)
