Install codice from rpm fusion

I recently know about that fedora removing h264 package how can i install it from rpm fusion.
Because i find celluloid uses 3% 4% cpu for a video playback but when i use gnome videos it consumes 40% cpu so there is something wrong.
I already have added non free and free repos

It’s still being worked on.

The package is under review, you can check it here https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6426

Those images show that the rpmfusion free, free updates, nonfree, & nonfree updates are all disabled.

A better way to see and show which repos are enabled would be to use dnf repolist which gives all the enabled repos to the user. Using images can make it hard for readers to respond since some images may have small text. As you saw here it took 3 images to show what would have fit in 10 lines of text.

$ dnf repolist
