For using OBS as a preprocessor for video conferences, I need to install the kernel module v4l2loopback which should be reasonably easy to do in regular Fedora using COPR and dnf.

But how can I do that on Silverblue? I guess rpm-ostree is the way to go, but does that support COPR?
I googled for a good while and found nothing about Fedora Silverblue, only regular Fedora.
