Integrated Camera Detected but Not Working Issue

Hi Everyone. I have been trying to fix this issue for days. I’m on Thinkpad X230 with the camera and IR cam working last week and then I start distrohopping. Each time, I do it with clean install. Then I realized that my integrated camera just stopping working all of a sudden. Now, I’m back at Fedora, the last know distro that my cam works. Still just a black screen in both Cheese and Guvcview

Here is the result from each command:

I also use webcamtests.com. It detect my camera but keep loading for input forever.
Anyhelp is extremely appreciated. I’m so frustrated now and consider to try Windows10 which not my preferrence at all.
PS. I’m not really capable of advanced command. Mostly google the solution. Thank you.

Here is the dmesg command after bootup:

Sorry I cannot put it here as it is too long.
