I have updated from Fedora 33 to Fedora 34 however

I have old fedora 33 pubic key in my signing keys

here is my output of rpm -q gpg-pubkey --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}\t%{SUMMARY}\n'

It is safe assuming that you have no need to install packages from the old repos.
In any case, you can always manually import the required RPM GPG keys.
