Is LibreOffice Help customized for Fedora?

Does Fedora supply a LibreOffice Help file that is different from that normally distributed with LibreOffice in other Linux distros? I ask because it has a bug, I reported it to their bug system including a screenshot of the Help file’s offline home page, and a reply at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138727#c9 is that that’s not their Help file. I want to know if I need to report the bug to Red Hat Fedora’s bug system or if the LO people are responsible for it.

By the way, LO on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS Linux, kept evergreen, has a Help file that’s not like what’s on the Fedora platform, but is more like what the commenter for LO said.

I would report it on bugzilla.redhat.

I quickly read through the linked bug report on TDF, and they are saying that the offline help these days is just a copy of the online help (html files that open in a browser). I am not so sure about it. When I run

rpm -ql libreoffice-help-en

to list the files belonging to that package, I don’t see any html files. It rather looks like java stuff.

By the way, in the bug report on TDF they were wondering how to check the version of an installed package in Fedora, here is a hint (can’t post it over there since I don’t have an account).

rpm -qa libreoffice-help-en

or

dnf info libreoffice-help-en

By the way, here are the specifications used to build LO on Fedora:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libreoffice/blob/master/f/libreoffice.spec

%global source_url http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/src

patches are applied, but I don’t see anything related to lo-help-{%lang}

I reported the bug at 1916539 – LibreOffice Help, if customized for Fedora, in right-hand panel lacks scrolling .
