Is SilverBlue 31 released? (Non beta)

The official page says it’s in beta.

https://silverblue.fedoraproject.org/download

But it has a file available here under the release directory:

https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/31/Silverblue/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Silverblue-ostree-x86_64-31-1.9.iso

Is that a proper non beta release?

Silverblue 31 is no more beta.
