So I can use my laptop as normal but as soon as I try to restart, shutdown, or even when it just goes to sleep on its own it won’t start up.
First it gives me an error

press any key to continue
but I can’t and have to restart using the power button then it goes to a boot menu
with different kind of fedora workshops and the boo menu…I choose one of the workstations and works fine until I don’t need to use the computer anymore and I have to go through it again.
