I use kdenlive 22.04.3
Recently, mlt was upgraded to version 7.8.0 and kdenlive was uninstalled (or simply disappeared) from my system.
Re-installing kdenlive resulted in mlt being downgraded - but dnf constantly want to upgrade mlt again.
Where should I report this?

If you installed kdenlive from RMPFusion (check with dnf -C info kdenlive), then report it here:
