Mouse using 8000hz polling rate not recognized. How to enable?

Mouse with polling rate set to 8000hz in firmware is not recognized in F36 Plasma (installed system and live usb disk). Mouse works in Kubuntu. When set to 1000hz mouse is recognized.

Which software is responsible? How to find out?
