There is no alacarte in gnome 3.36 / F32 Beta. Sometimes I want to edit the application menu.

Hi wuqso
It looks like they’ve decided to drop alacarte - it is a bit long in the tooth now.
The replacement seems to be appeditor, which looks much more up to date and advanced. Just do:
sudo dnf install appeditor
It’ll pull in to two or three dependencies, but they’re all only a few kB.
I’m a Cinnamon man - that has a menu editor as part of Cinnamon itself (which looks suspiciously like alacarte!) - so if you need more help, hopefully a Gnome user can offer more help.

Yes. It’s what I want. Thank you very much!
