Problem with Flatpak apps and Path in Silverblue

Hi there,

When I am trying to update Signal using “Software” I received this message:

Unable to update “Signal Desktop”: Path does not exist.

When we have issues with Software doing flatpak updates, we can use the terminal to run flatpak update .

I use the terminal, and command that you suggested and apparently the update was completed.
However, when I am trying to use a Flatpak App like Audacious (a media player) I cannot see all the directories in the home folder. I only can see Home/Downloads. For this reason I think that I somehow miss-configured something. See the screenshot for more references:
