Renaming user folders after language change

Recently changed my locale from sv_SE to en_GB but all user folders are still in the old locale. Is there an intuitive way to change the names of the user folders?

I’m running Fedora 37 KDE.

Normally you should get asked if you want to change while logging in the first time with the other locale. Have a look if you have the file in KDE (I used Gnome) /etc/xdg/user-dirs.defaults you can use sv_SE and name to en_GB. The example I posted is change from capital to small letters. Same should be possible from one to the other language.
