I installed 36 Silverblue beta a few months ago
Now, there’s a header in Gnome Software stating “this system is not supported anymore, so no more updates”
Do I need to install f36 from scratch ?

Just open a terminal and issue this command
sudo rpm-ostree update
then
sudo systemctl reboot
