When will a dnf package be available of tomboy-ng in Fedora 31?

Now it is not possible to dnf install tomboy-ng in F31. The only available package is of tomboy, and that is the abandoned elder of tomboy-ng.

Vgaetera, thanks for great answer. Did not know this.
But my main point is: Repository has tomboy available. Tomboy is an abandoned project. Tomboy-ng, which is the successor of tomboy is not available in repositories.
