Will Fedora 36 work on Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 7c Gen 2?

Good day,
I am wondering if anyone can help me with my question. Will I be able to dual boot a Samsung Galaxy Book Go? It has a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 7c Gen 2 processor and runs Windows 10.

Thanks

I know this post is old, but I need to know too. Someone?

Many thanks

Fedora should work as long as you download the proper image to support the CPU.

The snapdragon is an arm 64 bit cpu so yes it should be supported.

Hey!
I tried aarch64, without success. This processor is ARMv8. (im wrong?)
I was thrown into grub after: lauching ‘EFI\BOOT<ETC>’
Any advice?
Many thanks

Yeah, Fedora supports aarch64, but that doesn’t mean getting it to boot is necessarily going to be easy. You’re going to be more likely to succeed with Fedora 36 than 34.

Hey! Good day,
Im using Fedora 36.
Thanks.

Your title says fedora 34, so if you are actually using fedora 36 then please make it correct. Also including tags for the affected parts (f36, arm, etc) is helpful for others to search solutions as well.

Rob Tittle you say?

I edited the title to reflect Fedora 36.

Has anyone had success? I also have a laptop with this processor.

I was unable to install Linux. On Fedora 36 it gets frozen on the grub screen.
