Your browser is managed by your organization | Seu navegador é gerenciado pela sua organização

Boa noite!

Good night!

I know this is a question that should be asked on the Google forum…

Their answer is: Remove the file from /etc/opt/chrome/policies
But even if you remove this file, or change the file to “Read Only”… Every time you turn on your computer, and access chrome, it will say that ‘your browser is managed by your organization’…
Maybe someone has gone through this, and can shed some light…

Google chrome has (for years) shown the message “managed by…” when run on linux and it has never changed or restricted local management that I have noted. I think it is a nuisance message and has no meaning for most linux users.

Installation:

sudo dnf in fedora-workstation -repositories
sudo dnf config-manager --set-enable google-chrome
sudo dnf in google-chrome-stable

1º Error: No matching Packages to list
2º Fedora Linux 35 (Workstation Edition)
